Attracting up to 25,000 visitors each year, the Cumbria Steam Gathering is a great sales opportunity for traders. 

Trade stand invitations will be posted out during January. To view a downloadable form, please click here. The trade stand application form includes a site map showing the basic trade area layout on which you are asked to indicate your preferred site. On acceptance of your form, Alan will indicate on the confirmation of booking form the site row and number that he has allocated for you. It is important that you retain this information as, on arrival at the rally site, it will enable you to identify your pitch without undue delay. 

PLEASE NOTE: For 2013 we will be imposing a cut off date of June 30th, after which no further bookings will be accepted

CATERING Catering and bar concessions are being allocated during January but as we already have a considerable waiting list it is unlikely that we will have any space available for any additional outlets
