Exhibitor Information

Authorised by the National Traction Engine Trust, the Cumbria Steam Gathering is now so popular, numbers in each class have to be restricted.

We are now taking bookings for the 2012 event.

If you are interested in exhibiting at this event, please click here for the relevant forms.  Entries will only be accepted in hard copy by post, so please download the forms and complete them before sending to Steve Morris.  We ask that you include a large correctly stamped addressed envelope, for the return of final details.  There is also a map of the site enclosed within these forms.

It is strongly recommended that bookings should be made as early as possible. The closing date for 2012 exhibit entries is 31st March 2012 and space is allocated on a first come first served basis.

All letters will be responded to. If there's anything else we can help with, please don't hesitate to email info@steamgathering.org.uk clearly stating 'Exhibitor 2012' in the subject line.

Please Note: As of January 18th 2012 the classes for pedal cycles (classes 10 & 11) and awning displays (class 32) are full.
